Kevin Arkadie to create Ray Davis biopic
Epoch Movies has signed veteran TV crime author/producer Kevin Arcadie to pen the biopic of Ray Davis, the South Bronx folk hero who made it a shootout with 30 cops, wounding six before his escape touched off a 17-day manhunt.Saturday may be the 25-year anniversary from the saga that started when government bodies raided the apartment of Davis's sister, on the face to question him concerning the killing of 4 suspected drug sellers.
